Anne Peters
I am a neuropsychologist from the Netherlands, graduated in 2013 from the VU University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands in the fields of Clinical Neuropsychology and Clinical and Developmental Psychopathology. I worked with all age groups, from primary school children to seniors. The group of clients I worked with longest are adults experiencing memory complaints and their partners. I also worked with patients with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, severe depression, anxiety disorders (e.g. PTSD) and schizophrenia.<br /> In addition, I have experience in guiding patients with physical disorders (e.g. diabetes) in their process of dealing with their disorder, as it comes often with all kinds of issues. Since I have a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Life Sciences I have knowledge about all kinds of physical issues and I think by making people knowledgeable about their disease and explaining what to avoid and what not it helps them on their way in their process of dealing with the disease they have. I am specialized in counselling, anxiety and depression, and neuropsychological diagnostics.
