Asha Kiran Ashram
The school was opened in 2009 and is part of the Non Governmental organization �Celestial Ministries Charitable & Educational Trust�, which is registered as a Public Charitable and Educational Trust. The school has Government approval and is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act. It is the first facility of its kind in the area. Before the school opened, many of the children with disabilities had never been to school. This is mainly because mainstream school was unable to accommodate the needs of disabled children. The children came from mainly poorer families who work very hard to earn a living and receive no help or support from the authorities. Whilst working for the social development of the area, Rev. Santhosh saw a need of this district to help integrate disabled people and educate those less fortunate
