Shivshankar Shikshan Sanstha is government recognized voluntary organization is founded in 4th June 1998.<br /> Asmita Special School is run by founder trustee Mrs. Manda Karande who is a professional in the field of mentally challenged education.<br /> The organization providing services at the area, where no such services existed for disabled students. After conducting initial survey in Navi Mumbai Area i.e. Turbhe slum area, Koper Khairne , Ghansoli , Vashi and Sanpada etc.<br /> We started the first project in Turbhe with one multiple handicapped child.
