A Vision for Brookfield is to maintain a caring and welcoming environment, valuing all stakeholders (pupils, staffs, parents and others), supporting and challenging them to reach their full potential. To provide experiences and opportunities for all; by using a broad, balanced and differentiated approach pupils will experience and be given opportunities to develop holistically.Staff will be supported and challenged to reach their full potential, building capacity to expertly lead, teach and support pupils in Brookfield.<br /> To provide appropriate targets that will be achieved, recognised and celebrated by all, building self-confidence and self- esteem. To share all achievements and successes by working in partnership with pupils, parents, staffs and outside agencies.
