Established in 1990, the Center For Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) therapies’ are fundamentally based on the teachings of University of California, Los Angeles renowned autism treatment scientist, Dr. Ivar Lovaas. Dr. Lovaas discovered that intensive early intervention using applied behavior analysis (ABA) yielded a 47 percent recovery rate among individuals with autism who participated in his study.
