Corrina Hooper
I am Child and Family Psychologist that works with a wide variety of issues for young people with autism. My method for working with children is first and foremost about making a connection. Relationships are the most integral part of making positive and lasting therapeutic change. Once we have established a connection, we begin peeling back the layers that bring the person/family into therapy. I draw on my training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Triple-P Parenting, Imago Relationship Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapies to help guide families to achieve their goals inside and outside of the therapeutic environment.
