Dr. Alicia M. Hancock
Dr. Alicia M. Hancock is a registered clinical psychologist in Bermuda. She returned to Bermuda in 2006 and spent her first year at the Employee Assistance Programme of Bermuda before transitioning into private practice in 2007. She has 16 years of clinical experience in the mental health field which include inpatient psychiatric hospital settings, outpatient services, and various interactions with child protective services and school-based settings. She has a diverse counselling and psychological testing background inclusive of both adults and children. Dr. A. Hancock's clinical specialty is in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adult populations. She provides individual, family, and group clinical intervention services. She conducts comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, school readiness, boarding school, and career assessments. Dr Hancock has worked with victims of trauma, grief/loss, divorce/separation, mood and anxiety disorders, behavioural disorders, ADHD, pervasive developmental disorders, adjustment disorders, and parent-child relationship issues.
