Dr. Andrea Tosatto comes to ACPN from Synergy Integrated Medical Center, Dubai, UAE where he worked as a Clinical Psychologist and Head of the International Adoption Department. He completed his Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Pavia, Italy in 2007 and is a licensed practitioner with the National Board of Italian Psychologists. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Genova, Italy in 1997. He took up courses in Clinical Nutrition, Italy, in 2017 and Nutritional Psychology Certificate, USA in 2016 to better manage nutritional needs in children of determination. With more than 12 years of experience in the field of Psychology, Dr. Andrea Tosatto has 10 years of experience in the UAE. He held the post of Clinical Psychologist and Head of International Adoption at the Synergy Integrated Medical Center, Dubai, UAE since 2010. He had privileges in various organizations such as Doris Duan Young Autism Center, and Kids in Motion Autism Center in Dubai, UAE where he catered to learning and developmental needs of children. He also held consultant posts as Occupational Psychologist at R Holding Group, Ajman, UAE for and at the EFI International, Dubai, UAE between 2010 and 2014. Before his arrival in the UAE, he worked as Clinical Psychologist and as a Consultant for the Juvenile Court of Genova, Italy.Dr. Andrea works with children and adults with depression, anxiety, phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personal and relationship issues, autism, and behavioral issues. If needed he can provide ABA therapy and he is qualified to administrate Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) test to diagnose Autism. His area of expertise is in international adoption.
