Fabiana Kleinot
Fabiana is a nationally board certified Occupational Therapist and is licensed by the state of New Jersey. She earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from Towson University in 2003. Fabiana has always had a passion for working with children and has been a practicing pediatric occupational therapist for the majority of her 19 year career. Fabiana has worked in a variety of settings including Early Intervention, Public Schools and Home Care evaluating and working with patients throughout the stages of development with diagnoses that include: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing disorders, ADD/ADHD, visual impairments, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome as well as developmental and genetic conditions that impact fine, gross and oral motor skills, adaptive skills and activities of daily living. Over her career Fabiana has created and run multiple programs including an Executive Functioning and Life Skills Group for middle school students, Parent Support Group for parents of children newly diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and assisted in creating a mentoring program for newly graduated occupational therapists entering the workforce. In 2019 Fabiana was awarded the "Southern New Jersey Regional Early Intervention Collaborative Annual Service Award" which is awarded to one service provider a year for demonstrating outstanding professionalism and leadership while following the philosophy and mission of Early Intervention.
