Kurihama School for Special Needs Education, University of Tsukuba
Kurihama School for Special Needs Education attached to University of Tsukuba (hereinafter referred to as Kurihama School for Special Needs Education) was established in September 1973 as a national school for the disabled. Its predecessor was the National Kurihama School for the Handicapped, which contributed to the development of education for severe and multiple disabilities in Japan under mutual cooperation with the National Institute of Education.
