After graduating from the institute and getting a diploma, the issue of employment began, and when I began to actively look for work in my specialty (psychologist), I was confronted with the fact that without work experience - nowhere. But as they say, he who seeks will find! I got a job in a private special school where children with developmental disabilities study in order to gain experience in working as a psychologist and understand where to go next. Having worked in school for a couple of years, I was offered a job at the AVA Therapy Center, I agreed, and since 2013 I have been working at this center because it was interesting for me to move and develop further. I was interested in the direction of remedial pedagogy, I began to study relevant literature, develop, learn new methods of work, find an approach to each child, set goals and achieve them in working with children. So I started working as a correction teacher with children with developmental disabilities. What now and continue to do. As in every profession, there are a lot of difficulties, but when you come to work (in the garden), and you look at your child's eyes, and you know that you will help them learn something today, learn something new and achieve new goals, when the result is visible, all difficulties are forgotten.
