Pauline Kerins
Pauline Kerins qualified as an educational psychologist with first class honours from University College Dublin. She has almost thirty years’ experience in the field of education. Pauline worked as a primary school teacher for sixteen years. For the past 12 years, she has worked as a lecturer in special education at St Angela’s College, Sligo (a college of NUIG). Pauline has extensive experience in the area of special education. She received her doctorate in education in 2012 from Dublin City University, having completed research on educational provision for students with mild general learning disabilities. She has published research, and acted as peer reviewer, for international journals including the European Journal of Special Needs Education and the International Journal of Inclusive Education.
