I am Roji V Issac, Registered Behaviour Therapist (RBT), Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA) equal to BCBA, and Counselling Psychologist, working in Dubai, UAE. I have completed a Master's in Behaviour Analyst, a Master's in Counselling Psychology, and a PG Diploma in Clinical Psychology. I have been active in the Psychology and mental health field for 10 years, I have 5 years of experience as a Behaviour Therapist. I started Behaviour Therapy as an RBT, now I completed my QBA /BCBA. I have Behaviour Therapy experience in a school setting and in a clinical setting. Currently, I focus on home sessions where I see a solid change than other contrived settings. I do the session for children with Autism, ADHD, and other behavioral challenges. I do training for the parents, and caretakers to deal with the behaviors. Also, I am an expert in Digital Communication training for children ( AAC) with limited speech or nonverbal children.
