The Mission of VLCT & RC is to enable an interfaith and community response to the deprived, destitute women, orphans homeless by providing shelter, food, comprehensive assistance and encouragement towards self-reliance in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality and committed to serve the community to provide the homeless a fresh start to rebuild their lives beyond shelters created with Humanity, Love and Compassion .
