Our team of experienced psychologists are well-equipped to help you with a wide variety of emotional/psychological difficulties including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Austism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Depression, Anxiety, Stress, as well as Career counselling. Counselling is available for children with Socio-Emotional and/or Learning difficulties at school and associated difficulties with parenting. We also provide assessment for Intellectual abilities of children and to identify Neuro-Psychological and Attention issues. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Stress Management, Lifestyle Management, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are some of the therapeutic techniques commonly employed.
