Special Kids Academy
Special Kids Academy is a private school for students with special needs with 2 locations in Florida, Pinellas County and Madison County. Specializing in electronic education which is the future in education. This curriculum works so well with our children it is amazing how much they learn. Lisa Baxter is the school founder who has a child with Down syndrome. These children are able to learn they just need extra time. Because our students learn slower they are placed at their own level and work at their own pace. Our schools are kept very small, only 8 students per classroom. This way we can give the students individual attention. It is a wonderful concept that is working. We are so excited about it we hope to open a school in every city in the state of Florida so that parents have a school choice. We need help from parents to do that. Parent are becoming classroom facilitators, helping their child in the classroom as well as others!
