The Tepper Nutrition Team is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through an approach that is unique to each individual’s needs. We focus on helping our clients create behavior and lifestyle changes through intuitive eating using a non-diet, weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned approach. We believe that health is not solely about our food intake but also one’s relationship to food and their body, their personal and cultural experiences with food, and factors such as movement, stress, sleep, and more. We meet with clients from infancy up to older adulthood and look forward to working with you!
