The de Paul School
Our kindergarten through eighth grade students are bright and talented individuals who are challenged by a learning difference like dyslexia or ADHD. Many of our students experience great difficulty with mathematics (dyscalculia), written expression (dysgraphia), auditory processing deficits, and extremely deficient organizational skills.The de Paul School is not the right school for students on the autism spectrum; however, we may extend enrollment to children diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome. Those students must demonstrate an academic, organizational, social, and communication skills profile which aligns with our student body and classroom expectations.The de Paul School is not the appropriate placement for students who possess cognitive deficits, who have exhibited chronic behavioral difficulties and/or defiance, or who struggle as a result of emotional challenges such as extreme anxiety.
