Vikash is a leading state-level development organisation working as a developmental facilitator in different parts of Odisha to build the capacity of communities to manage their process of sustainable development.Vikash has been working to extend help to disadvantaged communities in their effort towards development. When we try to develop a person in a protected and isolated institution he usually develops a culture of dependency. Therefore Vikash implements its activities for rehabilitation of the disabled persons in the community itself.
