OGCDC
GCDC provides vital assistance to sick and children with disabilities and their families in the Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands.The organization has been founded since January 26, 1999 by Prof. Nguyen Viet Nhan, head of Department of Genetic at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy. From April 2010, OGCDC established Fund of Genetic Counseling and Disabled Children and continues operating so far.Thanks to the financial support of donors, OGCDC now has 9 staff members responsible for various programs, 20 teachers working in the Special Education Schools and Early Intervention centers and 6 teachers working in vocational training program for people with disabilities in Hue and Nam Dong mountainous district.
