Raphael Ryder Cheshire International Centre
Founded by Group Captain Lord Leonard Cheshire and his wife Baroness Sue Ryder in Dehradun in 1959, Raphael began as a cluster of tents for cured leprosy patients. Today, it is a sprawling complex, facilitated by the help of generous donations over the years. Raphael cares for over 250 children and adults suffering from various disabilities, needing relief and rehabilitation
